My little wool dolls were born from an idea to create the cutest little dolls possible. A doll with a sweet disposition that would feel like a tiny friend. Most importantly, a doll that lived in the human world…not a doll world…think Arrietty from The Borrowers. My dolls are meant to sit on old wooden sewing spools, to drink from acorn cups, and to sleep under a handkerchief on your night stand.
Erica Daley Dolls were designed by me and are one hundred percent handmade…no sewing machines (except on some of the tiny clothes). They are gently poseable as their arms, legs, and neck are internally wired. For this reason the dolls are only made for adult collectors…sorry…not for children. The neck and shoulders are wired for strength as the neck is often a place where dolls tend to sag.
Each doll is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The ‘little lady’ and ‘little gent’ dolls stand 6 1/4 to 6 1/2 inches tall. That is the same size as traditional Hitty dolls.
To purchase…all ‘little lady’ and ‘little gent’ wool dolls are $125.00 each, and cashmere dolls are $150 each. All dolls are special order only at this time.
